hi, i'm donna! (she/her)

Donna C Moss
Family Beach

With 30 years experience helping adolescents, young adults, adults, and families (including children of divorce)  with stress, panic, anxiety, loneliness, parenting, divorce mediation, women's issues, mindfulness, yoga, infertility, health challenges, oncology, and more, I have a deep understanding of many life transitions.  I have worked in both corporate and non-profit settings in healthcare leadership roles, including National Director of Patient Services for the Leukemia Society of America, Health Educator for New York Association for New Americans, and Online Community Director for iVillage.com, Weightwatchers.com and Disney.com. I currently work as Clinical Supervisor at Solace House USA. The first appointment will be helpful in understanding the client's history, expertly assessing the level of crisis, and determining if the connection is comfortable.

I have written and traveled and provided articles for the Internet on many topics in mental health.
I am an avid hiker, photographer, yoga practitioner, pickleball obsessed and swimmer, and am married with two children.

about my brand

You might be wondering why I call myself "Donna C Moss", or why my logo has a circle around the letters "mo." My middle initial, represents connection to my family and my family’s legacy. Inside of the C, there is a colored circle behind the letters “mo.” These letters stand for the word “MORE,” which represents my holistic approach and dedication to my clients.

who i help

I work with teens and young adults. I also provide resources for therapists looking
to adopt a more holistic and authentic approach. This approach allows teens and
young adults to relate to and connect with practitioners, creating a prime
environment for sincerity and growth.

My unique approach allows teens and young adults to relate to and connect with
the therapist, creating a rich experience for growth and practical change. My
evidence-based methods address mental health issues from a creative,
experienced perspective and incorporates wellness in both the mind and body to
provide a lasting outcome. As a parent, longtime practitioner, and devoted friend, I
take pride in being approachable, nonjudgmental, comforting, and a reliable
resource for anyone who needs support.
