about me
hi, i'm donna! (she/her)

Welcome all - inclusive therapy with Donna! With 30 years of experience, I am committed to empowering adolescents, young adults, families, and individuals as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, and panic, existential fears, stuckness and issues of rumination, sadness, loss, shame, trauma and grief. My extensive background in both corporate and non-profit sectors allows me to bring a wealth of knowledge and valuable insights into the complexities of growing up in a digital world.

Right now I have a course available for credit in NY and for all parents or therapists interested in my approach: ATTUNEMENT AND CONNECTION TO TEENS & YOUNG ADULTS IN THERAPY.
As part of my work, I try to practice what I preach including hiking, photography, pickleball, meditation, music and spending time with my family. These activities not only restore me but also inspire my practical approach to fostering well-being and community. Together, we will embark on a growth-filled journey to help you achieve healthier, more meaningful goals.

I welcome people of all faiths, religions and genders; LGBTQ-inclusive.

about my brand
You might be wondering why I call myself "Donna C Moss", or why my logo has a circle around the letters "mo." My middle initial, represents connection to my family and my family’s legacy. Inside of the C, there is a colored circle behind the letters “mo.” These letters stand for the word “MORE,” which represents my holistic approach and dedication to my clients.
who i help
I work with teens and young adults and families. I also provide resources for therapists looking
to adopt a more holistic and authentic approach. This approach allows teens and young adults to relate to and connect with practitioners, creating a prime environment for sincerity and growth.
My unique approach allows teens and young adults to relate to and connect with the therapist, creating a rich experience for growth and practical change. My evidence-based methods address mental health issues from a creative, experienced perspective and incorporates wellness in both the mind and body to provide a lasting outcome. As a parent, longtime practitioner, and devoted friend, I take pride in being approachable, nonjudgmental, comforting, and a reliable
resource for anyone who needs support.
